AtlasAdvancement believes that the most important part of the search is the close. We make a commitment to the candidates and the clients.

 

The clients can count on us making sure we do not drag out a process unless the candidate is completely committed. From the initial interview we will make sure the client is made aware of any concerns that the candidates may have and help them address them. By acting as an unbiased third party we can make sure that the clients offer will not be turned down. Constant communication with the client and the candidate will allow us to come up with salaries that will be acceptable on both sides of the deal.

 

Clients should know that they will be interviewing the best of the best when they meet with an AtlasAdvancement candidate. As a client you will feel confident and assured that you are getting a quality product when you hire an AtlasAdvancement candidate.

 

The candidates can count on AtlasAdvancement preparing them for every interview we send them on. We will coach each candidate on the most effective way to interview and let them know the best way to present their backgrounds. During the process we will let the candidate know any concerns that the client has and help them come up with ways to overcome them. We will also work to get the candidate as competitive a package as possible.
