The Search

 

Armed with the information received on the client visit, the search begins. AtlasAdvancement goes about locating our candidates in various ways.

 

The first thing AtlasAdvancement does is search their network for active candidates that fit the role. Each member of AtlasAdvancements staff is required to bring in at least 10 new candidates per week. These are candidates that are not actively looking, but are keeping their sights open for the perfect job. Each candidate has been interviewed in person and has had up to four professional references completed regarding their career moves and ethics. The interview is broken up in two parts. The first part covers the candidate's background and career record. The second and most important part includes putting together a profile of each individuals' dream job. By collecting this information we can ensure that we are sending the right candidates to the right clients. If their profile looks like a good fit, but their interests lie elsewhere, we save the client and candidates the time of interviewing because it won't be a good long-term match.

 

The next place AtlasAdvancement looks to find the perfect fit is Referral Candidates, AtlasAdvancement has built a large network of contacts in various industries. If a search requires specific industry experience and specific software we will tap into the resources of hundreds of different professionals across the United States. Each Candidate that we receive through referrals is interviewed and screened as we would any normally recruited candidate. The people we represent are a direct representation of our firm therefore all referrals must go through the same in-depth interview process as any recruited candidate.

 

The last place AtlasAdvancement looks to locate the perfect fit is Sourced Candidates. If AtlasAdvancement is unable to locate a candidate in their current database and through a their referral database we will source the candidates out of clients competitors. Through trained sourcing techniques we can locate candidates in similar roles within your competition and recruit them out of the competitor. These are candidates that require little training and can literally hit the ground running. As with any other candidate we work with, the sourced candidates will also be screened and interviewed prior to working with.
