Contingent search:

We work with clients with current needs on targeting candidates for existing openings. This begins with in-depth interviews with hiring managers and future co-workers to get a feel for specific needs and career path for potential hires. Once the target has been established we then focus on locating the ideal candidate for the job. To Search fees are paid by the client and can vary up to 30% of the employee's first year salary.

 

One time retained search:

This begins with complete understanding of the client's situation, objectives, and constraints. By gaining a thorough understanding of likes and dislikes of our clients employees and understanding their current culture we can assess current hiring needs and locate candidates that will be the best fit. We will provide weekly updates on how the search is going and what candidates we have been able to source. Retained search fees are 30% to be paid in three parts; 33% on start of search, 33% after 60 days and the final 33% when the search is completed.

 

Monthly outsourcing:

We represent a client as an extension of its human resource department. This begins with complete understanding of the client company's situation, objectives, and constraints. By gaining a thorough understanding of likes and dislikes of current employees and understanding of the corporate culture, we can assess current hiring needs and locate candidates that will be the best fit. Monthly fees will vary depending on amount of positions available and projected growth for organization and a placement is made.
