Steve Laskin, Partner
Steve Laskin is a graduate from James Madison University. He spent his first year in sales working for Corporate Express and increased territory revenue by 50%. After coming to Washington, D.C., he started with Romac Financial Search (i.e. KForce.com) where he achieved top billing status and Rookie of the Year. Soon after, he was recruited to Accounting Solutions as a Division Manager of a turnaround office leading a Temp and Perm team to profitability. In June 2002, Steve Laskin and Jon Bartlett founded AtlasAdvancement, Inc. and had immediate success filling roles in both Finance and Accounting; and Sales and IT.
Steve’s industry experience includes placements in Financial Services, Energy, Real Estate, Government Contracting, and Professional Services.

Jon Bartlett, Partner
Jon Bartlett graduated cum laude from James Madison University. He started his career in Technology Sales with AT&T Wireless, then moved to WebMethods and later to Blackboard. He was a top performer in sales, achieving 150% Year Over Year quota attainment and received various awards for regional excellence such as Top Sales Professional and Rookie of the Year. In 2002, Jon was ready for a new challenge and co-founded AtlasAdvancement, Inc. with partner Steve Laskin. The company has experienced a 500% growth in its first four years.
Jon’s industry experience includes placements in Software, Energy, Real Estate, Government Contracting, Financial Services and Professional Services NationWide.
