Founded in 2002, AtlasAdvancement, Inc. was created by Partners Steve Laskin and Jon Bartlett with a desire to create a new type of search firm with a more effective process. The goal was to bring executive level search to positions from a Senior Staff level up to CFO and in doing so, only delivering people who are the very best at what they do.

During this time AtlasAdvancement has attained double digit growth annually by adapting to market needs and expanding the areas we focus on outside of our core Accounting, Finance, Sales Search. Additional capabilities now include Contracts, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, Pricing, Proposal Writers and Managers, Capture Management, Director/VP level Marketing roles. Our strength continues to be, our unique ability to fill hard to fill roles in a timely manner with candidates who will exceed the expectations.
